1. Offshore Installation Manager

Job Summary:
The Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) is in complete charge of the rig and is responsible for the drilling crews, the equipment and the overall drilling operation. The (OIM) is responsible for safety of the rig and provides the direction and leadership required to keep the operation running smoothly.
Requirements:
• Commitment to HSE
• Enthusiasm to build a new company with cultural diversity
• 10-15 years offshore experience (preferable Jack-up)
• At least 2 years in OIM position or equivalence
• Valid IWCF certificate – Supervisor Level.
• HPHT experience desirable
2. Tool Pusher
O&G Project
Roster : 28/28
Placement : Kepulauan Seribu
Job summary :
The Tool Pusher reports directly to and provides support to Drilling Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) in the day to day management and long range stewardship of the drilling rig and its operations. Tool Pusher assists the OIM in his operational, financial, administration and HSE responsibilities as required
Requirements:
• Commitment to HSE

• 10-15 years offshore experience (preferable Jack-up)
• At least 3 years in Tool Pusher position or equivalence
• Valid IWCF certificate – Supervisor Level
• HPHT experience desirable

3. Driller
O&G Project
Roster : 28/28
Placement : Kepulauan Seribu
Job Summary:
The Driller reports to the Tool Pusher and provides direct supervision of the drilling crews while on duty. Drillers are responsible for ensuring that the drilling crew performs their job safely and efficiently with respect for the environment.
Requirements:
• Commitment to HSE

• 10-12 years offshore experience preferably Jack-up
• At least 3 yrs in Driller position
• Valid IWCF Certificate – Driller Level.
• HPHT experience highly desirable
• Cyber base experience highly desirable
4. Assistant Driller
O&G Project
Roster : 28/28
Placement : Kepulauan Seribu
Job Summary:
The Assistant Driller works under the direction of the Driller to support the safe operation of the rig. Assistant Driller is responsible for ensuring that the drill crew performs in a safe and efficient manner, follows Company policy and maintains good housekeeping.
Requirements:
• Valid IWCF Certificate – Driller Level.
• Experience working with a Top Drive operating system
• A good safety record from past operations
• Good working knowledge of drilling fluids and circulating systems
• Leadership & teamwork skills/behaviors which support team based organization
• Effective communication skills (written & oral)
• Ability to understand & react with diverse groups & operations
• At least 2 yrs in Assistant Driller position
• Cyber base experience highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years offshore experience preferably Jack-up
5. Barge Master

Placement : Kepulauan Seribu
Job Summary:
The Barge Master is responsible for supervising and coordinating all marine operations, materials movement and other operations
Requirements:
• Commitment to HSE

• 8-10 years Jack-up experience
• At least 3 yrs in Barge Master position
6. Chief Mechanic
O&G Project
Roster : 28/28
Placement : Kepulauan Seribu
Job Summary : The Chief Mechanic is responsible for the overall maintenance and repairs of Mechanical equipment onboard a Drilling rig. The Chief Mechanic ensures preventative and corrective maintenance schedules are completed within their time scale in accordance with the maintenance system and maintenance is being carried out as per equipment maintenance procedures. The Chief Mechanic is also involved in training and mentoring Mechanics and other maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
• Commitment to HSE
• Enthusiasm to build a new company with cultural diversity
• 8-10 years offshore experience
• At least 3 years in Chief Mechanic or equivalent
• Cyberbase maintenance background experience desirable
