SAP Functional Analyst

Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP modules for at least 2 – 4 years

• Have an understanding about SAP (FI, CO, PS, MM and HR modules).

• Have an understanding about business process, flow chart and database concept (SQL server)

• Demonstrated ability in hands-on content classifications, data mapping and data modelling

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to board of directors, team members, clients and vendors

• Enjoy helping teams to diagnose failures and root causes of problems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business and functional support to SAP modules for corporate and projects

• Develop functional specifications related customization / enhancement of SAP R3, FI/CO, PS and BW, including but not limited to SAP and non-SAP reporting, pre-processing, extract-transform-load programs and adjustment tools

• Understand, assess user requirements and translate them into system design

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops / discussions

• Configuration of SAP based on business requirements

• Perform functional and system integration testing

• Assist and/or participate in ERP integrations, reporting and modifications/enhancements

• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration and standardization

• Demonstrate collaborative skills with departments, project teams and other stakeholders

• Maintain compliance with all applicable TRIPATRA, clients and Indonesian government policies, law and regulations

SAP ABAP Developer

Qualifications:

• 2 – 3 years of ABAP development experience

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems in any kind of industry is an advantage

• Wiling to design, code, and maintain the complex-build solutions

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to board of directors, team members, clients and vendors

• Exposure to large corporations / startups, preferably in engineering or energy sector

• Enjoy helping teams to diagnose failures and root causes of problems.

Responsibilities:

• ABAP development of requested business solutions based on the technical designs

• Defining and developing technical standards

• Perform complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules

• Close communication with functional teams /designers, understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs

• Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development

• Stay updated with latest technology advancement and changes in the world of SAP development
