Berawal dari dinasionalisasikannya perusahaan-perusahaan milik Belanda termasuk N.V. Nederlands Aannemings Maastchappy (NEDAM) v/h Fa.H. HR Operation & Industrial Relationship (Kode: HROPS) – Head Office
With criterias as below :
- Experienced to calculating employee overtime pay according to an overtime warrant.
- Experienced to create and analyze data for monthly/quarterly/sustainability/annual report.
- Experienced to maintain and organize employee discipline likes time off, employee records, attendance, overtime.
- Experienced to managing annual Leave, permit, warning letter, SK, mutation, rotation, detachment, promotion and employee archives.
- Experienced to making contractual employees (PKWT-PKWTT), MoU, LoA and professional employee agreement.
- Experienced to handling industrial relations disputes (PPHI) between employees (Labor Union) and company.
- Experienced to maintaining good industrial relations with external parties and internal (employee) parties.
Minumum requirements :
- Bachelor degree of Law/Management/Business Administration.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta.
- Can Be Join Immediately.
