- Min Bachelor / Diploma degree (max 31 years old) in any major with GPA 3.4 (Engineer major will be advantage)
- Experieced in Sales field/ handling customer min 3 years.
- Experieced in one of the following fields :
- Houseware / B2B/ Traditional Market (Houseware Shop) for Sales Traditional Market position.
- Horeca/ B2B/ Souveni Shop/ Promotion Company for Sales Project position
- Able to conduct sales activities by approaching customer, both using email/ email & visiting customer in accordance with plan and ensure all selling process complated.
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets thought projects, direct selling, social media & e-commerce.
- Plan sales call & execute creative strategy for sales plan, both offline & online (social media, website, and e-commerce)
- Strong in building & maintain relationship with the offline/ online customers.
- Acknowledge customers by responding promptly to their emails, calls & online chat inquiries.
- Able to collect essential information from customer & gather complaint or problem in order to identify solution.
- Able to identify the customer's needs & give solution according to our availability supply & procedurs (SOP).
- Able to make a market report about competitors & similar product line
- Able to work afficiently under tight deadline.
- Good time management, administration, digital marketing skills, and able to use a simple program for brochures (canva/ others) are major plus points.
- Having strong product knowledge & custom procedure is a must, as willing attend training for 2-3 weeks before joining our company.
- Have own vehicle & willing to go out of town regularly.
- Build & update customer database.
- Willing to attend training for 2 - 3 weeks before joining the company
