Currently Job Open Positions:

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales activity according to business policies and procedures.
• Visit customers, explore and manage projects, and offer products portfolio according to customers needs.
• Make informative, true, and well-organized report about visiting-customer activity.
• Handle customers comments and complaints about the products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent from reputable university.
• At least 3 years experience in Sales or Marketing Area, preferably in Food, Flavor or Fragrance Industry (B2B).
• Fluent in English (oral & written) and computer literate.
• Good selling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to drive car (having “A” driver license).

Customer Relation

Responsibility:

• Arrange, monitor and manage all activity related to NC/customer’s complaint.
• Coordinate with internal team and principal to conduct all NC and CS activities.
• Arrange and distribute informations, data, and reports related to NC/CS to department and other related department.
• Support in arranging and analyzing customer portfolio’ database.
• Meet up and mantain good relationship with customer if needed.
• Archive all NC/CS’ documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration, Service Management or equivalent from reputable university.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self motivated.
• Having good presentation skill and strong analytical thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Ready to travel out of town frequently.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Providing analysis and monitoring of financial performance.
• Managing financial operation including treasury, reviewing expenditures, cash flow management, forecasting.
• Coordinating budgeting activities
• Providing and monitoring feasibility study of investment projects.
• Developing and implementing Corporate controlling system and procedure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent from reputable university.
• Required skill(s): budget management & forecasting, cashflow management, investment advising, financial and accounting analysis, english communication, Able to use SAP.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably having manufacturing background.

SAP – ABAPer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.
• Required skills: Abap development, SAP programming, Badi/Bapi/report painter/ menu painter, and other computer programming.
• Process & result oriented.
• Good analytical & problem solving skill.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
