Site Manager (SM)

Requirements:

  • Age max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication and  leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computing.
  • Understand Project control in Quality and TIme.
  • Strong knowledge in Structural, Architectural, MEP work methods and best practices.
  • Ability to coordinate Structural, Architectural, and MEP works.
  • Proficient in MS Projects.

Structural Engineer (SE)

Requirements:

  • Age max. 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computing.
  • Strong knowledge in structural design.
  • Ability to review design drawings.
  • Proficient in CAD, ETABS/SAP, and MS Project.

Electrical Engineer (EE)

Requirements:

  • Age max. 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computing
  • Strong knowledge in Building Electrical and Electronics.
  • Ability to review design drawings.
  • Proficient in CAD and MS Project.

Quality Surveyor (QS)

Requirements:

  • Age max. 30 years old.
  • Technical School (D3) in Civil/Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years experience/0E trainee program.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computing.
  • Knowledge in construction and building materials.
  • Proficient in CAD.
