Legal Manager for Litigation and Customers Experience 

Job Purpose

• Provide high quality legal advice and works,  ensure strong protection of the interests of the Company with respect to litigation matters in which the Company may be involved.

Main Activity

• Litigation and customer’s handling:
• Assisting Commercial departments in ensuring compliance in products and responding to customers’ complaints related to H3I products/services.
• Working with Commercial and ICGR departments in handling consumer-related litigation cases.
• Liaising with external lawyers, the police, and other related institution to resolve litigation cases involving the Company.
• Identify areas and improvement and propose changes if needed, to mitigate and reduce the risk of exposures in litigation area.
• Ensure compliance with commercial related policies and socialization of such policies.

Legal review:

• Work with Commercial Department to maintain and update the current terms and conditions for products and services, to draft, negotiate and review the briefs on new products and or services requested by commercial departments.
• The Job Holder will primarily be in charge to assist the departments of product commercial and customer’s operations, with also major involvement and exposure in government relation and litigation.

Advice:

• Provide legal, litigation-related and regulatory advice to other department, supervisor and BOD.
• Be knowledgeable about industry practice with regards to consumer protection law and criminal procedural law            
• The Job Holder may be required to supervise staff reporting to him/her.

Legal Manager for Marketing 

Job Purpose

• Provide high quality legal advice and works, ensure strong protection of the interests of the Company with respect to (1) new commercial projects of the Company: (2) agreements entered into by the Company and (3) matters in which the Company may be involved.

Main Activity

• Legal review: Assist commercial departments upon request, to review new products from legal/compliance perspective, and to draft, negotiate and review agreements. The Job Holder will primarily be in charge of the departments of trade marketing, brand communication, product innovation and consumer marketing, with also high involvement in regulatory related activities.
• Regulatory: Familiarize her/himself with existing company and group policies. Identify areas and improvement and propose changes if needed, especially those related to consumer protection. Ensure compliance with policies and socialization of policies
• Advice: Provide legal and regulatory advice to other department, supervisor and BOD. Be knowledgeable about industry practice with regards to consumer protection law, antitrust law and regulations related to intellectual property.
• General: Provide day to day legal advice and be involved in group corporate or technical projects related to commercial department.

Legal Manager Risk and Compliance 

Job Purpose

• Ensure and assist in managing legal and regulatory risks and compliance in order to meet the company’s long and short term objectives and goals.

Main Activity

• Legal Risk Management: assessing, coordinating and overseeing all legal and regulatory risks of the company
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and compliance with internal policy
• Legal Audit: Perform legal audit and self-assessment on risks and compliance of the company against regulatory requirements and internal policy
• External Affair: Establish and maintain relationship with the relevant authorities, and respond to regulator’s inquiries
• Advisory: Provide legal services and assistance for negotiating and implementing contracts and other formal arrangements entered by the company
• Contract: Draft, amend and negotiate agreements, contracts and other formal arrangements with third parties

Qualification

Relevant Experience

• 5-8 years legal working experience in regulated industry
• At least 3 years in managerial position and at least 1 year in a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with, laws dealing with Indonesian authorities.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, telecommunication law, investment and capital market law, tax law, Intellectual Property law, contract law, competition law and anti-bribery law.
• Knowledge and experience in litigation practice will be a strong plus.
• Ability to provide legal advice and draft contracts that address complex and difficult issues.

Legal Network Contract Manager 

Job Purpose

• To ensure that the contracts to be entered into by the company represent the best interests of the company and to ensure vendor compliance with existing contracts.

Main Activity

• Contract management of Network related contracts which includes:
• Analysing contract provisions and providing legal advice
• Reviewing, proof-reading and drafting documents (including technical annexes) in English
• Fact-finding and problem solving
• Negotiating with vendors
• Other tasks required by his/her supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Laws (or its equivalent)
• Qualification in a common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, U.S.)
• Good analytical skills, logical thinker, problem solving ability
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English and computer proficient
• Relevant experience
• 5-10 years legal working experience (Mínimum 3 years in managerial position in-house legal)
• At least 1 year in a reputable law firm
• Good understanding of contract law
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts (in particular managed services and outsourcing contracts)
• Exposure to IT/Telecommunications industry will be a plus point

Procurement Manager – Non Network 

Job Purpose:

• To drive and coordinate all procurement activities related to Marketing – Brand Communication, Customer Operation, Legal, Finance and Revenue Assurance, on ensuring the reliability, sustainability of material and services supply, cost saving generation, process compliance & effectiveness.
• To drive the improvement procurement process in order to align with corporate business expectation. Establish the sustainable supplier performance/relationship management by setup the proper vendor’s KPI, contract management, monitoring and communicating their performance regularly
• To enable & drive more value for business which would impact to future business sustainability & profitability

 Main Activity

• Procurement:  To do comprehensive cost analysis in order to get the best price Operating expenditure/ Capital expenditure in all his/her projects and present the best solution to management for a decision. To develop the suppliers management, and drive them towards a long term partnership, for best in class delivery. Secure all the risk of purchased item into proper agreement
• Budgeting: To make sure the projects/purchased item will not surpass the budgets and BAs approved
• Analysis: To analyze the project and the key KPIs in the procurements and also analyze the impact of the projects on the business of H3I
• Process governance & Effectiveness  To do  continuous improvement of any deficiency process as well as the current policy

Qualifications
