Legal Manager for Litigation and Customers Experience
Job Purpose
- Provide high quality legal advice and works, ensure strong protection of the interests of the Company with respect to litigation matters in which the Company may be involved.
- Litigation and customer’s handling:
- Assisting Commercial departments in ensuring compliance in products and responding to customers’ complaints related to H3I products/services.
- Working with Commercial and ICGR departments in handling consumer-related litigation cases.
- Liaising with external lawyers, the police, and other related institution to resolve litigation cases involving the Company.
- Identify areas and improvement and propose changes if needed, to mitigate and reduce the risk of exposures in litigation area.
- Ensure compliance with commercial related policies and socialization of such policies.
Legal review:
- Work with Commercial Department to maintain and update the current terms and conditions for products and services, to draft, negotiate and review the briefs on new products and or services requested by commercial departments.
- The Job Holder will primarily be in charge to assist the departments of product commercial and customer’s operations, with also major involvement and exposure in government relation and litigation.

Job Purpose
- Provide high quality legal advice and works, ensure strong protection of the interests of the Company with respect to (1) new commercial projects of the Company: (2) agreements entered into by the Company and (3) matters in which the Company may be involved.
Main Activity
- Legal review: Assist commercial departments upon request, to review new products from legal/compliance perspective, and to draft, negotiate and review agreements. The Job Holder will primarily be in charge of the departments of trade marketing, brand communication, product innovation and consumer marketing, with also high involvement in regulatory related activities.
- Regulatory: Familiarize her/himself with existing company and group policies. Identify areas and improvement and propose changes if needed, especially those related to consumer protection. Ensure compliance with policies and socialization of policies

Job Purpose
- Ensure and assist in managing legal and regulatory risks and compliance in order to meet the company’s long and short term objectives and goals.
Main Activity

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and compliance with internal policy

Job Purpose

- Reviewing, proof-reading and drafting documents (including technical annexes) in English
