- Berusia minimal 30 tahun dan maksimal 50 tahun
- Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan atau memiliki keahlian di bidang majamenen risiko (risk management), akuntansi atau keuangan.
- Memiliki pengalaman yang cukup di bidang manajemen risiko (risk management) serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Wajib memahami laporan keuangan, bisnis PT Danareksa khususnya yang terkait dengan layanan jasa atau kegiatan usaha Perseroan, proses audit, manajemen risiko, dan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Pasar Modal, peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang BUMN serta peraturan perundang-undangan terkait lainnya
- Mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas Komite TKT secara akurat dan tepat waktu
Apabila diterima dan diangkat sebagai anggota Komite TKT, tidak boleh merangkap sebagai:
- anggota Dewan Komisaris pada BUMN atau perusahaan lain;
- sekretaris/Staf Sekretariat Dewan Komisaris pada BUMN atau perusahaan lain;
- anggota Komite lain pada Perseroan; dan/atau
- anggota Komite pada BUMN/perusahaan lain.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai anggota Komite lainnya di BUMN adalah merupakan nilai tambah.
