PT. Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo (LJ Fiber) was incorporated in 2006. The Company is located in an industrial area at  Jl. Raya Industri III Blok AF no. 88.   Suka Damai –Cikupa Tangerang – INDONESIA 15136.
Company major activities :
  • Production of PET Flakes, Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF). It’s Hollow Conjugated Fiber, Hollow Conjugated Siliconized Fiber and Solid Fiber.
  • Current production capacity: 18.000  tons/year for PSF and 42.000 tons/year for Plastic recycled
  • The three dimensional crimp, combined with the hollow, gives superior resilience and insulates the final product. Hollow conjugated siliconized polyester fibers (HCS) are widely used in a number of applications.

Major usage of Polyester Staple Fibre:
  • Filling (pillows, duvets, quilts, toys, blankets, comforter and many other products)
  • Furniture Industry (Sofa), Non woven (Filter), Padding (Clothes)
  • Our fiber products have good resilience and firmness which is good for filling cushion.We have a number of available for filling pillows. Several finishes are available such as silicon or slick , to give the product a nice touch / feeling.  Our hollow conjugated polyester staple fibers have high ratio of hollowness which makes the fabrics light but pliable and warm.

Job Description
  1. Melakukan identifikasi masalah
  2. Membuat analisa masalah
  3. Membuat proposal penyelesaian masalah
  4. Menjalankan penyelesaian masalah yang disepakati
  5. Melakukan evaluasi atas penyelesaian yang dilakukan
  6. Melakukan tindakan atas penyimpangan yang ada
  7. Membuat laporan atas kegiatan yang telah dilakukan

Responsibility
  • Melakukan monitoring secara berkelanjutan dan memastikan hasil produksi fiber sesuai dengan standard yang telah ditetapkan (Kwantitas dan Kwalitas)
Requirement
  1. Pria/ Wanita
  2. Fresh graduated dari jurusan Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin dan Teknik Fisika
  3. IPK min 3,50
  4. Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Jatake Tangerang
  5. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama min. 2 (dua) tahun
