POSITION INFORMATION

Purpose of role
- HR Services & Operations Excellence is in charge to support Compensation & Benefit programs, activities and process aligned with company and government regulation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high support to Compensation & Benefit processes in conducting analysis & studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization’s remuneration, reward and recognition strategy.
- Prepare & process monthly payroll for Sanofi Group Indonesia.
- Collecting and controlling data for payroll, to ensure all data are valid and reliable.
- Maintain related employees data in payroll system, such as : salary, other compensation, grade and title.
- Prepare annual income tax report for each employee.
- In coordination with company’s bank in order to prepare salary payment process, and to ensure that employees’ receive salary through the right their bank account.
- Prepare report of insurance, Jamsostek and pension for employees’, and to coordinate with such institution to ensure that the data are correct.
- Maintain related employees data for Pension Plan
- Maintain existing employee benefit program (i.e. Vehicle, MCU, Company Doctor) and ensure that third party work on procedure and meet service level agreement.
- Submit monthly HC report both local & regional and ensure the HC number tally with employee active data
- Reconciliation data with Finance regarding Payroll, Loan and Vehicle
- To participate in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) activities and to give feed-backs for improvements

Purpose of role
- Defines and designs Quality Systems in accordance with GxP requirements mentioned in the applicable Global Quality Documents.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct self-inspections through cross-functional team using current version of the Inspection Readiness Tool to identify gaps, facilitate identification of effective and sustainable CAPAs and monitor their implementation as per the agreed timelines.

Requirements
Education
- Graduate (preferably Post Graduate) in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality System function of reputed pharmaceutical companies
- Experience of managing GMP inspections conducted by local and international regulatory authorities
- Broad knowledge of Indonesia Pharmaceutical laws and regulations as well as international and Indonesia GMP standards

Purpose of role
- To lead the Market Supply Chain department across 3 major functions: Logistics Planning and S&OP, Customer Service and Sales Admin, and Distribution in order to achieve company’s business objectives.
- Develop support to Customers through the effective management of sales forecasting, product supply, sales administration and distribution; Interface with Plant Logistics teams, distribution platforms and Pharma Operations (All BUs) to ensure the balance of supply and demand.
- Provide leadership and ensure that all staff are qualified and competent, properly coached and given the opportunity to develop in the company and to achieve their objectives.
- Offer BU-specific support while ensuring cross BU efficiency at country level.
Role & Responsibilities
Supply Chain
- Lead and develop the supply chain function to ensure that the sales and profitability targets are achieved.
- Develop and review monthly sales/rolling forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams through a monthly S&OP process.
- Collaborate with the respective brand teams/business units to continuously drive forecast improvements and to provide inputs on trend analyses; assist in the development and validation of long range planning and forecasting models for budget and production needs of the business.
- Interface with Sanofi plant supply chain teams, Distribution platforms and Regional Supply Chain organizations to finalize net demand plan and follow up on product deliveries -
- For imported finished goods, to define replenishment plan and send firm orders to the suppliers & follow up on deliveries
- For locally manufactured products, to work with Plant Logistics team to define the replenishment plan
- Monitor & follow-up on logistics consequences of regulatory activities relating to regulatory approvals (eg. market licence holder), new product launches, site transfers or variations with various stakeholders (plants, regulatory affairs, quality); to also consider other aspects linked to generic labelling, price changes.
- Be a key business partner in any crisis situation (eg. supply shortage) by alerting, arbitrating and ensuring best demand vs supply balance in consultation with key. stakeholders (Country Chair, Medical, Quality, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance etc).
- Responsible for monitoring & reporting of Supply Chain KPIs (OOS/Alert, Forecast Performance, Inventories, Destruction & Distribution Costs) as well as follow-up of slow-moving/short shelf-life products with risks of obsolescence.
- Define yearly service level agreements with all suppliers (within Indonesia & with other intercompany suppliers).
- Be the Sanofi local focal point for all Supply Chain tools/systems and ensure their proper implementation and management.
Distribution Management
- Be actively involved in the development of distribution strategies, lead/drive projects in order to achieve improvement in efficiency and overall reduction in transportation and distribution costs.
- Review all distribution-related activities and identify ways to improve (eg. Reduction in lead-time or delays).
- Ensure inventories at distributor level is well-monitored and is kept within the defined inventory targets
- Follow-up on physical deliveries from Jakarta plant warehouse to distributor and ensure pick & pack activities are well executed by plant warehouse staff against daily order list
- Support & provide information on trade stock levels and trade stocks dispersion to the Commercial teams.
Compliance
- Ensure all supply contracts comply with relevant Acts, legal demand and ethical standards.
- Ensure all business and promotional activities comply with relevant codes, legal demands and ethical standards, including external and Sanofi internal Code of Conduct in collaboration with key stakeholders in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance.
- Regularly update SOPs and internal procedures to ensure adherence across the organisation
- Lead the internal control assessment of Supply Chain department
Health, Safety and Environment
- Cooperate with management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace at the warehouse/distribution centres.
- Set up HSE targets & take the lead on the implementation of HSE activities within Supply Chain
