Staff Human Resource Department & General Affair
General Requirements:
- Female
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Psychology (preferable), Management or Law from reputable university
- Minimum 3 year experience in the same field would be preferable
- Familiar with Labor Law and payroll process
- Familiar with BPJS process and procedure
- Initiative, honest, discipline, responsible and positive working attitude
- Good command in English
- Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
- Computer literate, especially Ms. Office, Internet & Email
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management: recruitment, personnel administration & payroll, employee relation, general affair
- Controlling the implementation of procedures in company
