1. Urgent Opportunity: Call Center operatives
You are:
- Male or female 20 – 35 years old
- Minimum SMA, D3 and S1 education
- Located in Malang
- Hard working, responsible and target-orientated
- Enjoying working with phone,talkative with great communication skills
- Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik melalui telephone
- In possession of basic computer skills
- Basic English command and previous call center experience will be a great plus
- Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Your skills and talents will be used to perform the following tasks:
- Over the phone B2C (business to customer) and B2B (business to business) product sales
- Client advisory and consulting
- Sales reporting
- Maintaining sales targets
2. Urgent Opportunity: Customer service operative
You are:
- Male or female 20 – 35 years old
- Minimum SMA, D3 and S1 education
- Located in Malang
- Hard working, responsible and target-orientated
- Enjoying working with phone, talkative with great communication skills
- Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik telephone
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic English command and previous call center experience will be a great plus
- Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Your skills and talents will be used to perform the following tasks:
- Serving customers using various channels such as: email, live chat, fanpage
- Confirming orders
- Client advisory and consulting
- Sales reporting
- Maintaining sales targets
