HEAD OF MINE OPERATION DEPARTMENT
Job Description
- Plan strategies, coordinate, control, evaluate and take action internal and external improvements of all production activities in the project, transportation as well control the cleanliness of the working environment in accordance with established rules and HSE standards which is applicable in order to achieve production targets that have been established and implemented with effective, efficient and safe as well as customer demand.
Responsibility
- Ensure the strategy of achieving production targets can be realized by coordinating along with related departement, subcontractor, and customer in order to ensure achievement production target.
- Ensure job preparation of each related shift with crew and tool settings.
- Ensure work area as well as every anticipation risks that may occur according to supervisor's direction through effective coordination with the engineer and other related parties.
- Ensure manpower availability for to support mining operations.
- Ensure availability of tools to support mining operational needs.
Requirement

- S1 Mining Engineering / Geology
- Have Min 10 years experience in Mine Operation
- Having POM certification, FINON certification
- Good knowledge of Mine Design, HSE
- procedures, mining process and plant
- maintenance process
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Area

HEAD OF PROJECTJob Description
- Review all project activity, provide, and control all resources needed (ie. manpower, tools, budget, and infrastructure) in daily operational basis to fulfil our production goals in which will bring growth to the company.
Responsibility
- Developing strategies for achieving production targets and arranging manpower availability planning to support mining operation needs.
- Arrange planning of equipment availability, use of tools and infrastructure to support mining operation needs and develop budget of project expenditure.
- Ensure and monitor production costs in accordance with budgeted costs.
- Manage, supervise and be responsible for the implementation of K3 and KO mining and Environment management system in the project / division / department / section he leads by making and implementing Work Procedures referring to company and government regulation
- Conduct inspections (planned and unplanned) for HSE quality improvement at related sites.
- Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering
- Having experience in mining area minimum for 10 years: 5 years as managerial level
- Minimum 2 years with the same position in mining industries
- Good knowledge and application of HSE procedures, mining process and plant maintenance process
- Ensure and be responsible for the implementation of SMK3 & SMKP.
- Identify and submit the competency development plan of subordinates.
- Improving or recommending the implementation of strategic contract mining policies and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic contract mining planning and development.
- Develop and establish the best strategic policy in commercial and strategic contract mining management in accordance to Company's vision, mission and strategy.
- Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering
- Having experience in mining area minimum for 10 years: 5 years as managerial level
- Minimum 2 years with the same position in mining industries
- Good knowledge and application of HSE procedures, mining process and plant maintenance process
- Having POU certification, FINON certification
- Expert in Mining Contract Analysis and Good understanding of Government Regulation
- Expert in managerial and leadership skill, handle negotiation, Coaching & Counseling
