Sejarah panjang perusahaan dimulai dengan didirikannya N.V Nederlandsch-Indische Bierbrouwerijen di Medan pada tahun 1921. Brewery pertama berada di Surabaya dan secara Resmi beroperasi secara komersial pada 21 November 1931. Pada tahun 1936, tempat kedudukan perusahaan dipindahkan dari Medan ke Surabaya dan Heineken menjadi pemegang saham terbesar perusahaan dan berubah nama menjadi N.V Heineken’s Nederlandsch-Indische Bierbrouweerijen Maatschappij. Lalu pada tahun 1951, Perusahaan kembali berubah nama menjadi Heineken’s Indonesische Bierbrouwerijen Maatschappij N.V.
Laboratory Technician (Lab Analyst)
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for sampling and analysis (physical, chemical, microbiology, taste) related to raw materials, pack materials, work in process , finish products, RPM, auxiliary, chemicals, water, waste and others, in line with Heineken and other standards /procedures.
- Contributes in implementing safety improvement activities
- Contributes to the implementation of quality systems and procedures and proposes possible improvements to colleagues and his/her manager
- Evaluates efficiency and effectiveness of tasks and identifies improvement opportunities taking appropriate corrective or preventative action. Actively involved in 5S teams.
- Contributes to improvement activities of the analyses in his/her area of responsibility and takes appropriate corrective or preventative action
- Identifies the root cause of the OOS and decides the necessary action to avoid its recurrence
- Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions
- Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from Food Technology/Biology/Bio-chemistry/Micro Biology.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome, but having experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge on Good Laboratory Practices (ISO 17025), Lab Instrument (GC), Statistical Process Control
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- High potential for further development
- The work covers the entire industrial instrumentation and telemetry trade, and the incumbent is expected to often work independently due to the diverse nature of the work.
- Makes periodic Preventative Maintenance inspections of all Brewery equipment’s & instrumentations used in the Production, Utility and Distribution. Diagnosing existing or potential trouble, cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate.
- Train and support Autonomous Maintenance teams in achieving, sustaining and improving basic equipment condition.
- Produce and report accurate and timely data and to effectively communicate it to the relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate optimal decision making
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree or higher in any relevant discipline (Mechanics/Electricity/Industrial Management)
- At least 3-year relevant experience in FMCG and in foreign invested.
- Knowledge on automation aspect on moderate level (Krones Automation is preferred).
- Understand continues improvement method (TPM).
- Able communicated in English, good team work and fast learner.
- Familiar with ISO 9002/22000/14000.
- To achieve the production target under his supervision comply to rules, standards and procedures on quality and quantity at the most efficient way by planning, organising, controlling all resources in Brewing Department
- Systematically drives safety improvement interventions to prevent accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards taking place in the department/Brewery.
- Implements the strategy by mobilizing and directing people.
- Ensures continuos improvement in the execution of activities to meet output requirements.
- Prevents quality issues by initiating technological improvements and interacts with internal and external parties/stakeholders.
- Evaluates effectiveness of Autonomous Maintenance activities and identifies improvement opportunities (i.e. CILT time reduction) and cooperates with the Planned Maintenance Pillar.
- Optimizes financial impact when making operational decisions.
- Manages projects OTIF and within budget in which members could have different interests.
- Drives department plans to support delivery of OpCo supply chain strategy and proactively shares good practices
- Identifies and drives key performance data collection and reports in order to maximize and improve operational and business performance activities
- Bachelor degree, majoring Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Microbiology.
- Strong Leadership.
- 3 years experience in Supervisor Level.
- Strong knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and Food Safety ISO 22000.
- Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- English Proficiency : Conversant in both oral and written
