Description :
  • Memastikan pemenuhan permintaan karyawan sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan waktu yang dibutuhkan
  • Mengelola bawahan untuk mencapai target sesusi Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • Mereview setiap Form Permintaan Tenaga Kerja (FPTK) baru bersama HRGA Manager
  • Mencari sumber baru untuk menambah jumlah kandidat
  • Mengevaluasi proses rekrutmen secara berkala
  • Membuat recruitment report untuk recruitment meeting
  • Monitoring karyawan percobaan
  • Menyusun recruitment budget
Requirements :
  • Usia 25 – 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi, IPK min. 3.50
  • Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Recruitment Staff dan 2 tahun sebagai Recruitment Supervisor
  • Memahami dan bisa mengaplikasikan alat tes psikologi dan metode wawancara
  • Good manner, disiplin dan teliti
  • Inisiatif dan mau belajar

Accounting & Tax Supervisor
Description :
  • Review semua General Ledger dan memastikan terposting di COA yang benar
  • Rekonsiliasi bank, dan General Ledger
  • Review SPT Masa, PPn, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2), dan budget
  • Membuat draft Laporan Keuangan
Requirements :
  • Usia 25 – 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. D3/S1 dengan jurusan Accounting
  • Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Accounting & Tax Senior Staff / Supervisor
  • Memiliki Brevet A & B
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam menggunakan program SAP/NAV/ERP/Accurate (nilai tambah)
  • Bersedia untuk penempatan di Kebon Nanas – Tangerang dan Cakung – Jakarta Timur.

Senior Sales Executive
Description :
  • Develop existing and new business
  • Plan and execute sales budget
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and prospective customers
