WELDER SUPERVISOR (Assignment: Site Based)
  • Supervise, control, and monitor site welding / maintenance scheduling activities to ensure welding / maintenance activities are conducted in a technically correct and efficient manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability, review and assist in development and preventative measures, for repeat or ongoing failure trends within relevant department areas, to ensure all activities are conform with companys standard and policies.
Requirements:
  • Min diploma degree with 7 years experiences in mechanical engineering
  • Min 5 (five) years experiences as Welder Foreman in mining industry, out of which 3 (three) years in leadership or supervisory role
  • Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
  • Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment welding and fabrication scheduling. 
  • Strong knowledge in correct structural repairs and fatigue patterns, following industry standards in fabrication practices and welding procedures
  • Fully understand and be able to operate welding machines and other welding equipment
  • High standards in welding / operating techniques
  • Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair & maintenance methods

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and control compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability. 
  • Supervise and monitor / communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner. 
  • Review and prepare and submit relevant reporting tasks required in a timely manner, example; review and ensure correct details on work orders and regularly submit to planners for closing, ensure backlog parts are ordered, vendor time sheets and job cards are accurate. 
  • Supervise, communicate and monitor safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations. Lead by good example in this area and show high standards of commitment to safety and surrounding environment. 
  • Review and analyse failures to plant by monitoring of trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occurring.

  • Assist superintendent with issuing disciplinary action and verbal counselling with all direct subordinates.

  • Supervise welder foremen activities to ensure work is mechanically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner. 
  • Examine and investigate all time variances from targets projected on work orders, avoiding losses, in both cost and time consumed. 
  • Monitor PM service schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules. 
  • Proactively identify defects found at PM scheduling and register them via work requests in order to have appropriate and prompt action. 
  • Diagnose failure symptoms and determine maintenance requirements necessary to effectively and efficiently rectify them
  • Ability to project job estimations, including labor, material requirements, for effective scheduling and planned repairs. 
  • Order and maintain appropriate stock of materials and supplies and consumables relating to welding, cutting, fabrication, planned tasked.

CSR OFFICER (Assignment: Site Based)
  • Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting CSR Coordinator to ensure the sustainability of companys licence to operate.

Requirements:
  • Min bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Public Relation or Communication
  • Min 2 (two) years working experiences in related field
  • Deep understanding of community initiative subject
  • A self driven person and result oriented
  • Good command in English both oral and written
Responsibilities:
  • Map the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs. 
  • Execute develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that CSR programs has been socialized and communicated well. 
  • Coordinate and liaise with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly. 
  • Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship. 
  • Develop ways to measure, learn from and improve impact; monitor progress of partnerships or delivered programs, and report to founder and board on a regular basis to ensure programs effectiveness.

Requirements: 
  • Min diploma degree with 7 years experiences in mechanical / electrical engineering. 
  • Min 5 (five) years experiences as Auto Electrician Foreman in mining industry, out of which 3 (three) years in leadership or supervisory role. 
  • Having experience in heavy equipment electrical maintenance. 
  • Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment electrical diagnostics and repairs. 
  • Qualifications and supporting certificates in field of trade / required duties. 
  • Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs. 
  • Good communication skill in English.

AUTO ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN (Assignment: Site Based)
  • Monitor and coordinate electrician daily activities to ensure electric works are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to companys standard and policies.

Requirements: 
  • Min. High School Degree with 7 years or Diploma Degree with 5 years experiences in engineering (electrical). 
  • Min. 3 years experiences as an Electrician in mining industry. 
  • Previous experiences in field of work, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Good understanding of electrical equipment, any cable size and wires commonly used in electrical installing. 
  • Good understanding of electric installation. 
  • Qualifications and certificates in field of trades / required duties. 
  • Understanding of mining requirements and production targets. 
  • Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs. 
  • Proactive safety attitudes.

SENIOR MAINTENANCE PLANNER (Assignment: Site Based)
  • Plan, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities pertaining to the project plant and equipment in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

Requirements
  • Min. Diploma Degree with 10 years or Bachelor Degree with 7 years experiences in any major. 
  • Min. 3 years experiences as a Maintenance Planner in mining industry. 
  • Good command in English, both verbal and written. 
  • Excellent Computer skill. 
  • Familiar with maintenance engineering software. 
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements. 
  • Willing to be placed in all project locations.

Responsibilities: 
  • Work with Maintenance Superintendent to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) plans by the Senior Mining Engineer with consideration to the work backlog and required resources to enhance the operational efficiency. 
  • Plan and implement short term detailed mine execution plans using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control in term of achieving the long term mine plan. 
  • Review defect notices and work requests in order to develop work backlogs. 
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of Shutdown planning in order to ensure all resources and materials are on hand when required. 
  • Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Maintenance Superintendent in order to maintain data accuracy. 
  • Originate, monitor and control requests for parts and resources in order to ensure they are available when required and without contributing to “overstock” and unnecessary storage of parts
  • Support and advise Warehouse Controller regarding to stock level availability in order to determine accurate minimum and maximum stock levels. 
  • Record and documented all maintenance event in order to ensure all maintenance events are recorded accurately. 
  • Monitor and advise project Maintenance Planner in their daily activities in order to provide technical and non-technical support to project Maintenance Planner. 
  • Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
  • Supervise the maintenance & inspection of welding, cutting, grinding tools and equipment.
