JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia realizes on the growing complexity of business and its challenges in the years to come. Therefore, we required to establish a new developed strategy to strengthen our organization. One of the challenges is to prepare qualified future leaders of our organization.
  • As a result, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia designed the Graduate Trainee Program (GTP), a 1.5 years structured training method for young professional/fresh graduates to prepare dynamic, dedicated and perceptive future leaders.
  • If you are a highly motivated, passionate, dedicated, seeks for development opportunity as well as challenges, enjoys working outdoor and interacting with new people, then winning with our Traditional market might be your passion! Please do note that the current batch is open for Sales General Trade only and this program requires you to be able to ride motorcycle (and have the SIM C license).
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor/Master Graduates from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Preferably for fresh graduate or maximum 1 year working experience
  • Active in organization or any social activities
  • Possesses good interpersonal skill
  • Have good communication skills in English (both oral and written) and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to drive motorcycle
  • Willing to be located outside of Java Island
